CALL TO WORSHIP
Leader: Beloved in the Lord Jesus Christ, this holy worship that we are about to celebrate is a feast of remembrance, of communion, and of hope.
Congregation: We come remembering that our Lord Jesus Christ was sent of the Father into the world to set us free from the law of sin and death.
Leader: Through the Holy Spirit we can be satisfied in Christ, we can rest in Christ, and we can trust Christ to renew our hearts and minds in him.
Congregation: Praise the Lord for his unfailing love and mercy!

Congregation: We declare with joy and trust: our world belongs to God! From the beginning, through all the crises of our times, until the Kingdom fully comes, God keeps his covenants forever.

Congregation: Lord, renew our hearts in you. Keep us from the sins of greed, discontent and envy, and help us trust you for our daily bread. You are our loving Father who will not withhold good gifts from us. Only in you are our souls satisfied. We commit to fixing our eyes on you and trusting you for everything we need. Thank you that in you, we lack nothing. In your name we pray, Amen.
