West Sunday Gathering Liturgy - October 12,
2025
Carry Sunday with you into your week by pausing to reflect on the readings, prayers, and songs we shared in together as the body of Christ.
CALL TO WORSHIP
Leader: As we prepare for worship, we pray that you will quiet our hearts, that we may hear your voice in your Word.
Congregation: We pray that you will stir our hearts, that we may more faithfully follow Jesus. May our worship today help us offer our entire lives to you , and may you be glorified by the praise and prayers we offer you.

CONFESSION // ASSURANCE
Leader: Wondrous God, who has set eternity in our hearts, we confess that too often we focus on things that don't matter instead of spending our days focused on the things of your kingdom.
Congregation: Help us give you every moment of our days and worship you in whatever we do. May we spend our time wisely and in ways that please you. God, help us love what you love and bless what you bless.

COMMITMENT
Leader: God, we thank you that you aren't done writing our stories. We want to trust you more and more, knowing that you hold us in the palm of your hand.
Congregation: We want to receive all of your good gifts with joy and trust you with all of the mysteries that life brings. Thank you that you are a trustworthy, faithful God who never leaves us. We commit to trusting you and keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and refiner of our faith.

BENEDICTION
Leader: As you go from here, go in the certainty that God is for you. In all seasons, God can be trusted to bring you through. Friends, let's rejoice that we have a good Father who will never let us go. Peace be with you.
