CALL TO WORSHIP
Leader: Shout with joy to the Lord, all the earth! Worship the Lord with gladness. Come before him, singing with joy. Acknowledge that the Lord is God!
Congregation: He made us, and we are his. We are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Leader: Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and praise his name.
Congregation: For the Lord is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and his faithfulness continues to each generation.

CONFESSION AND ASSURANCE
Leader: Our Father, forgive us for thinking small thoughts of You and for doubting Your immensity and greatness. Lord Jesus, forgive us when we forget that You are Lord of all the world and our small lives. Holy Spirit, we offend You in minimizing Your power and squandering Your gifts.
Congregation: We confess that our unbelief and blindness to Your glory, O Triune God, has resulted in shallow confession, tepid conviction, and only mild repentance. Have mercy upon us. Through Your Spirit’s work, bring us to true repentance, remind us of our need for Your grace, and cause us to believe more fully in our Savior, Jesus, who has made us righteous through His sacrifice on the cross! It’s in the Glorious name of Jesus Christ that we pray. Amen.
