SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Production Coordinator is responsible to oversee all production aspects of weekend gatherings at Short North. They schedule and train all tech volunteers and ensure that equipment is set up and functioning properly for all gatherings, including special gatherings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Weekend Audio, Video and Streaming Lead
- Help with recruiting, onboarding, and care of volunteers
- Help coordinate volunteers and scheduling
- Ensure systems are turned on and ready for weekend services
- Ensure systems are operating correctly, report needs to Short North Worship Director as necessary
- Coordinate week night rehearsals
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Previous A/V experience
- Audio experience ideally with Behringer WING Digital Mixer
- At least 2 years experience with audio
