CALL TO WORSHIP
Leader: Let us worship God, who has done great things.
Congregation: We rejoice in our God, who made a way through the desert of this world.
Leader: Let us worship God, who has caused streams of mercy to flow in the wasteland.
Congregation: We are the people God has formed through Christ; we worship him, and we rejoice!
Leader: Let us worship God in spirit and in truth.
Congregation: We praise God for the grace that has saved us. Alleluia! We rejoice!

Leader: God, who is sufficient to stand before you? Who is able to be in your presence and not be overcome by your glory?
Congregation: We are sinful humans who, on our own, are not worthy to approach you. Yet thanks be to our savior Jesus, who made a way for us. He has given us his righteousness so that we can be in your presence and reflect your character. Thank you that Jesus is sufficient for us. Amen.

Congregation: Christ, having redeemed us by his blood, is also restoring us by his Spirit into his image... so that with our whole lives we may show that we are thankful to God for his blessings... so that he may be praised through us... so that we may be assured of our faith by its fruits... and so that by our godly living our neighbors may be drawn to Christ in us, the hope of glory.
