2.15.26 - Short North Sunday Gathering Liturgy

Short North Sunday Gathering Liturgy - February 15, 2026

Pause to reflect on the readings, prayers, and songs we share in together as the body of Christ at Sunday morning worship Gatherings.

COMMITTMENT

Leader: You, Wounded Healer, have become the antidote to the poisons in our hearts– unforgiveness, bitterness, anger, and hidden sins. Where toxins have infected our relationships with our brother or sister or Lord, we look to you for healing.

CongregationIn your radical grace, we are empowered to extend grace radically.
In your complete forgiveness, we are challenged to forgive completely.
In your costly love, we are invited to love others extravagantly.

Leader: We stand securely on you, our Firm Foundation.

CongregationWe ask for your help, Lord, to do what we otherwise could not. Be our help and peace, we pray.
Amen.

BENEDICTION

Leader: May the grace of Christ, which daily renews us,
and the love of God, which enables us to love all,
and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, which unites us in one body,
make us eager to obey the will of God, to live in his grace and presence,
until we meet again.
Go with confidence in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ
Peace be with you.

— Based on 2 Corinthians 13:13

Congregation: And also with you!
